The Fausto Romero Distinguished Personal Assistant award was founded in 2022 to forever honor Fausto, and personal assistants like him, who go above and beyond their job duties to support and empower a consumer in New York’s Consumer Directed Personal Assistance program.

If you would like to nominate a Personal Assistant for this award, please complete the nomination form. If you would like to submit video or photos to go along with the nomination, please send them to jose@cdpaanys.org or call 518-813-9537 x4.

Consumer Directed Action of New York invites you to our second annual winter gala, Winter Wonderland, on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at The Roundhouse Beacon from 6:00 to 9:00 in the evening.
